As an organization dedicated to the legal training and development of child welfare professionals, the NACC provides a number of useful resources. While some of the resources are made available exclusively to NACC members, others are offered free-of-charge to anyone interested in child welfare law and practice. NACC Child Law Blog
Children, Families and the Law, or the NACC Child Law Blog, examines the legal systems and social issues impacting the fields of child welfare, juvenile justice, custody law, and family law. Contributors include NACC Executive Director Kendall Marlowe, as well as NACC staff, NACC members, and leading experts from various professional disciplines related to child law.

The Guardian
As a service to our members, the National Association of Counsel for Children publishes a monthly email law journal, known as The Guardian. This publication includes child welfare law and juvenile justice news, case reviews, policy updates, job openings, upcoming trainings, and more. We also keep an archive of past issues that is available to all of our members.
